What are the available payment methods?
Customers can pay via FET, We have two payment gateways those are Payfast and Yoco. Your payments will be secure, please read our privacy policy for more information.
Who is allowed to sell?
Anybody who owns livestock, farm or garden can sell in the platform. Later this year we will also allow chemists and pharmacies to sell animal medications and treatment, and also sell pesticides and manures.
We verify the sellers before they list on the platform. The verification process takes up to 36 hours
How long do you take to deliver?
We deliver all orders in 1 to 5 days
Do you deliver in rural areas?
Yes, we do. We deliver to all the corners of the country.
Do you sell stolen Animals?
NO - Stolen animals are not allowed in our platform. We verify sellers before the list their products. We do not allow people who have no proof of animal ownership to sell in the platform.
